Sean - Director

Sean has 10 years experience in website development and programming, using mainly Microsoft Technologies.  Sean studied his MCSD and commenced his career in Zimbabwe. He then worked in London for 4 years prior to moving to Perth with his wife Michelle.  He has vast experience in ASP.NET and web technologies. He also enjoys mobile application development and business consulting on Enterprise level IT applications.

Sean's main focus is to manage the development of client's websites and systems but is also involved in meeting and consulting with clients to help determine their requirements. Sean enjoys finding solutions for clients whether it be helping to promote client's businesses better online or improving services for their customers.

• Likes: Golf, travelling, skiing, cooking, socialising with friends and playing Crysis.
• Dislikes: iPods (because of iTunes).
• Languages: C#, HTML, Javascript .
  

Rob - Director

Rob has 10 years experience in the Web industry both in the UK and Australia as a programmer and project manager. He has a post graduate diploma in Computing for Commerce & Industry and is passionate about Web technology and the benefits it can bring to businesses. His experience in the travel industry is strong having worked with a number of  high profile UK businesses.  Rob is responsible for project management, business development and client services.

• Likes: Travel, sport, spending time with family & friends cold beer
• Dislikes: rodents, flies and warm beer
• Languages: Visual Basic, HTML, javascript

Hong-Yu - Developer

Hong-Yu is originally from China, She has completed Graduate Diploma in Internet Software Development from Swinburne University of Technology (Melbourne) in 2001 and has since been building database-driven websites in various languages.

• Likes: Soccer, Cooking, Travel, Kayaking, Camping, Bush Walking, Movies, Music.
• Dislike:Spiders (Especially Hairy Huntsmans).
• Languages: English, Chinese, C#, VB, PHP, Javascript, Coldfusion.

Michelle

Michelle is a Chartered Accountant by trade having studied a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance at the University of Western Australia. Since then Michelle has worked at one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms and for both large and small companies in London and Perth specialising in taxation.

Michelle has developed a passion for websites since meeting her husband Sean and helping establish ZimWeb.  She recognises the need for businesses to have an online presence and dislikes the number of poorly designed websites out there. Michelle is responsible for various aspects of the day to day running at ZimWeb, and welcomes the challenge of building ZimWeb to become a leader in the Web Development industry in Perth and Australia. 

• Likes: Spending time with her husband and baby daughter Zoe, Family and Friends, wine, thai food, relaxing holidays.
• Dislikes: Bad websites or worse still a business with no website at all!
